Super Street Fighter IV not likely for PC

If you’re one of those people who prefers to play their Street Fighter games on the PC (these people exist, right?), you might need to stop holding your breath for a Super Street Fighter IV release on the PC. It looks like it might not happen.

In an interview with Japanese gaming website 4gamer, Yoshinori Ono stated that a PC release of Super Street Fighter IV is not likely unless Capcom manages to come up with “powerful” copyright protection, as Street Fighter IV saw a pretty high rate of piracy on the PC.

While Yoshinori Ono didn’t completely discount the possibility of it eventually coming to the PC, it’s starting to seem like those of you who have been holding off for a PC release might want to go ahead and pick it up on the PS3 or 360.
