Wii users eager to discover just what the fuss is all about with Super Meat Boy will have to hold onto that anticipation, as the developer announced over on Twitter today that it will miss its November release on the Wii.
In a tweet from the game’s official Twitter account, the developer said a release on WiiWare would be “impossible”, stating that getting the game compressed down to 39 MB, below the WiiWare file size limit, is what’s causing the hold-up.
Fortunately for PC users, the developer confirmed that the PC version is still on track to release on Steam during the last week of November.
