Nintendo of Japan has officially announced Super Mario Collection today, which just so happens to be the 25th anniversary of the release of the original Super Mario Bros. Man, I feel old.
Releasing on the Wii this October 21 in Japan, the pack will include a port of Super Mario All-Stars, which includes the original Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros. 2: The Lost Levels and Super Mario 3.
The pack will also include a booklet detailing the history of the Super Mario series, as well as a CD containing music from Super Mario Bros. all the way up to Super Mario Galaxy 2.
No word on an international release for the game just yet, but you know it’s going to happen. Maybe around March of next year, Mario’s 25th anniversary in North America?
