I bet you thought we were done with delays for the year, didn’t you? If so, you’d be wrong. Square Enix has announced that the upcoming Deus Ex: Human Revolution will not be making its Q1 2011 release window, instead being pushed back into Square Enix’s next fiscal year which, according to Joystiq, puts it anywhere between April 1, 2011 and March 31, 2012.
The announcement states that in light of poor console performance (and poor PC performance too, apparently), the title will be pushed back to ensure that it ships on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC as polished as can be.
