Seems like there’s been a lot of news lately of games being delayed. EA’s anticipated title Crysis 2 has been confirmed to be delayed until EA’s fiscal Q4 2011, or the first three months of next year.
The official date for the game used to be around Holiday 2010, so most likely it was originally due sometime in late October, early to mid November. I’m pretty disappointed, I was really anticipating playing Crysis 2 this year.
Hopefully this will be the last title pushed into 2011 or else we’re going to have a year like 2008 all over again, where a lot of high-profile games are released at once. My wallet can’t handle that again!
